Oh, Project Runway. Is there any other show that I will subject myself to slowly downloading on my computer to watch during my day off? Venture Bros. aside, most likely not.

Last night’s episode wasn’t drenched in the tears of the contestants, but it was entertaining nonetheless. In the end Shirin walked away victorious with immunity for next week, and I couldn’t have agreed more. She did a hand technique along the waistline that is sometimes done with elastic thread. I have seen this technique a lot the past few seasons along the necklines of knit tops, and it looks absolutely lovely in a larger scale on the waistline of Shirin’s dress.
I completely disagreed with who was sent home, but I have a feeling that Mitchell won’t be around to annoy me for many more episodes in the future.
To see all of the designs, including the designer’s sketches, head over to my recap on the SewStylish website and vote on your favorite.
