In transition…

me after “finding” Dollywood. Yes this left a hole in my coat

Things are changing around here quite a bit.

I left SOHO Publishing and spent almost a month off in the state of Tejas (what is coming next professionally, I’ll reveal a bit later.) Most of this time I had the flu del diablo, so I was a bit out of it on prescription cough medicine and Advil. However, I managed to somehow purchase a hybrid car during my southern stay.

My friend Bob (aka Space Pirate Boob) and I then drove from the Lone Star State all the way to Flatbush Brooklyn. This now means that Bob and I have driven all the way across these United States. Previously, we drove from Dallas to California and back in 2002 just for the fun of it.

A true test of friendship is definitely being stuck in a car with someone for days on end with bad books on tape (thanks crap rest stop), surprise trips to Dollywood, and even crazed dip cone cravings. And we’re still friends.

Road trip ’02. No, we haven’t changed much.
